What is one seat?Wat is één seat?

One seat is one conversation: one person talking with Elly once. A licence starts at 200 seats, and on top of that you take as many as you need, one at a time.

Eén seat is één gesprek: één persoon die één keer met Elly praat. Een licentie begint bij 200 seats, en daarbovenop neem je er zoveel als je nodig hebt, per stuk.

How does the price of a licence add up?Hoe is de prijs van een licentie opgebouwd?

Each seat costs the price of the band it falls in: the first 200 seats €100 each, seats 201 to 500 €90 each and seats 501 to 1,000 €80 each. So 300 seats come to €29,000 for the year: 200 at €100 and 100 at €90. For more than 1,000 seats the price is on request.

What happens to seats I do not use?Wat gebeurt er met seats die ik niet gebruik?

Your licence runs for 12 months, and you use your seats whenever you need to listen. Seats you have not used by the end of the 12 months expire.

Je licentie loopt 12 maanden, en je gebruikt je seats wanneer je wilt luisteren. Seats die je aan het eind van de 12 maanden niet hebt gebruikt, vervallen.

Yes. Move to a licence within a year of your project, and what you paid for the project counts as credit toward it.

What does a project on a licence include?Wat zit er bij een project met een licentie?

The same as one project: the conversations with Elly, the analysis, the presentation and consulting hours.

How long does the whole process take?Hoe lang duurt het hele proces?

Each person talks with Elly for about 15-30 minutes, whenever suits them. The conversation round stays open for up to one month, depending on your organisation. The analysis then takes around a week under 50 people, two weeks under 200 and three weeks under 500.

Elk gesprek met Elly duurt ongeveer 15-30 minuten, op een moment dat het iemand uitkomt. De gespreksronde staat tot een maand open, afhankelijk van je organisatie. De analyse duurt daarna ongeveer een week bij minder dan 50 mensen, twee weken bij minder dan 200 en drie weken bij minder dan 500.
